Negative: Lack of availability in retail stores for those who want to try them out before buying. The only places you can find them currently is either Dick's Sporting Goods or a Hilton Hotel.

Negative: Maybe the fact that the Sole name is still fairly new to the elliptical market is the reason it is difficult to find any glaring or repetitive complaints. Apart from whatever is mentioned in the other Sole reviews, can't really find anything about this one.
